All lifters will have three attempts at a max bench press and three attempts at a max deadlift. For your bench press rep to count, you must complete the entire rep unassisted after you have received a lift out of the rack. The barbell must touch your shirt and return back to full extension before racking. Your glutes must remain in contact with the bench throughout the entire lift. Any loss of contact with the bench will disqualify that lift. For your deadlift, you will be allowed to use lifting straps in you want to. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your group is scheduled to lift so you can warmup. When you arrive, please check-in at the scoring table to weigh in. Your weight will be factored into the Wilks Formula to determine the winner.
