DROP-IN

Thank you for considering us while you are visiting the area! We require that drop-ins have approved experience in order to ensure that you have a safe training session while training with us. We understand that its difficult to be away from your home gym and we want to be your home away from home. If you are dropping in for multiple days, please put that information in your email. Here are the steps to take:

  1. E-mail Coach Pete at ptaylor@mail.bw.edu the day before you plan to attend class.
  2. Confirm the class time you wish to attend as well as disclosing your home gym.
  3. Arrive 5-10 min before your class begins.
  4. Sign waiver and purchase your drop-in. $20
  5. Have a great time training and learning!
